Sometimes strength looks like showing up and being present.
Sometimes strength is walking away from a bad situation – an abusive relationship, or maybe a controlling or negative environment.
Don’t let your future be defined by your past. Who you are now, right this minute, today, is in your power.
And I know, I KNOW how hard it can be to show up when you don’t want to. Or walk away, when walking away is the hardest option (it’s not always the easy way out, is it?).
Know this: Courage is doing that thing that you know, in your heart of hearts, is the right thing to do.
Even if you’re scared.
Even if it’s hard, and it hurts.
“This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast…”
Hebrews 6:19 NKJV
Dare to hope.
Dare to be strong.
Courage is not an accident, it is fear stripped of its power.
